Polyester Chiffon Crepe Black Fabric (Remnant-134cmx186cm)

100% polyester chiffon with crepe texture, slightly thicker than typical chiffon but second picture shows a slight sheerness to the fabric. No stretch, would be perfect for panels, dresses and jackets.
